Project B receives chorus of silence.
Showed this to a few places.
26 parts. Three pages each part. The sort of thing that would fit in a comic.
None of them said anything.
Click the pic for a few more pages...
Humm, on to project C then I guess...
I have no doubt that by tomorrow i'll have the next part of Cumly bay ready for you.
If not tomorrow, the day after...

If that Landmate thing can send a reluctant 9 1/2 week old boy to sleep without a fight, I'll take two. Done 3 laps of Cumly Bay and the bugger's still fighting his eyelids...
Looks real good. Can't wait to see more of it! :)
I think you could do a lot to improve the clarity and flow of this by tweaking the panel breakdowns. The CG stuff is really nice, and benefits from cleaner lines and more space to breathe. More specific constructive criticism available on request...
In my opinion, not as good as your Spleenal stuff, but then again I think your sense of humor is your strongest point ( not that you don't tell a good story too).
If you ever need more of a crit, just ask.
Looks pretty slick to me. The story is good (you've never had any problems with sequential storytelling - the panel layouts are fine) and the CG stuff is very stylish.
You've always designed kick ass robots! :)
There are two very different styles at work here. Very interesting.
Gonna pass it around people at work (computer games company) and see what comments i get....
one query though. Weren't "Land Mates" robots in Ghost in the Shell or Appleseed or somesuch? I'll try and find out..
cheers
